The deadline for making hotel and residence room reservations on campus has passed. If you still need to arrange accommodation for the conference, please make your own reservation.

A block of hotel rooms is reserved at Simon Hotel. A block of residence rooms is also reserved. The hotel rooms and the residence rooms are in the same building complex, whose location can be seen on the map below. Conference breakfasts will be served in the Dining Hall, which is just a few steps away. Each hotel room has a queen bed and there is no extra charge for double occupancy. All residence rooms are single occupancy. Simon Hotel and residence rooms are within walking distance (about 10 minutes) from all conference venues.

Other accommodation options

Other accommodation options require using public transport or car. Translink provides public local transportation in Metro Vancouver area. They offer a trip planning tool. Public transport to campus is available from early morning until midnight (approximately).
